Job Description:
- Processes the transfers of employees, i.e. demobilization and mobilization from site to site/office.
- Monitor and control the Performance Appraisal system for eligible company staff in all Levels (Corporate, Regional, Project).
- Administering Human Resources Information System (AHRIS) and maintaining updated employee files.
- Establish, monitor and maintain employees’ personal records and/or files by keeping (and/or uploading in the system) all the necessary and valid documents, properly checked and filed at all times.
- Coordinates exit interviews; files relevant report to employee file.
- Establish, implement, monitor and maintain data integrity in AHRIS by keeping constantly well-trained data entry personnel and system applications well supported.
- Prepares HR Department management reporting as required and at monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Ensures the day to day accurate Maintenance of the Hard Copy Personnel files and AHRIS online system.
- Establishes and maintains the required information in each individual new hard copy personal file and ensures it is updated as and when required as per the company policies & procedures.
Job Requirements
- Experience (from 5 to 7 years).
- Fluent in the English language.
- Excellent in using MS office.
- Highly motivated and energetic person
- Must have experience with a multinational organization.
