Call center representative (Real Estate)
Job Description
· We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Call Center representatives.
· Responsible for Inbound calls and Outbound calls
· Follow up with customers
· Maintain customer satisfaction level by calling them according to the scheduled action plan
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements
· Fluent in English is a most.
· Able to handle customer issues through phone calls.
· Able to maintain customer satisfaction through phone calls
· Excellent in MS office
· Sending daily reports
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate sector.
