Job Description
- Following up with other Departments Managers to determine recruitment needs.
- Create and post Job Ads through various portals.
- Receiving & Filtering applied CVs according requested experience and qualifications.
- Responsible for holding first interviews for required positions & coordinate with technical manager for second interview.
- Responsible for the coordination with the accepted candidates in order to deliver their official requested documents.
- Conducting exit interviews in case of any employee resignation.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Weekly report for all recruitment actions.
- Create & submit attendance sheets weekly.
- Participate in setting employee performance evaluation standards in coordination with department managers.
- Preparing and following up performance measurement standards for Performance Appraisal.
- Determine the company's human resource needs and make an annual plan for it.
- Ensure that employees adhere to work systems, procedures, and policies, provide all necessary forms, and documents, and ensure that they are preserved, used, and circulated in a proper manner.
- Ensure that the company follows the applicable labor laws.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
- Very good command of English.
- Excellent Computer skills
- ZK program user.
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Excellent Written & verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
