Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Receives hiring requests from all departments
- Advertising all vacancies internally and externally through various recruitment media platforms.
- Source applicants through offline and online channels, such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf and other professional networks
- Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Dealing with different collars
- Updating recruitment records and prepare analytical reports
- Conduct exit interview and prepare analytical exit interview report
- Conduct employee on-boarding and Orientation sessions.
- Receive the hiring documents in order to finalize the job offer
- Monitor the performance of the hired employee in their probation period
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Very good user of excel.
- Maadi Residents are preferred.
