Job Description
- Organize appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes).
- Market available training to customers and provide necessary information about sessions
- Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
- Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification
- Create training schedules for all customer, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records.
- Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.
- Market company training opportunities to customers and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
- Organize training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
- Oversee participants attendance and performance
- Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with marketing team
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of best practices in creating instructional materials and instructional design theory and implementation
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Experience providing full-scope training materials, from analyzing company needs to lesson planning, development and implementation
