Job Description

  • Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Marketing department plans to ensure the alignment with Hikma’s overall objectives and business plans.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of Marketing department by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.  
  • Prepares the Marketing unit budget and ensures that the activities within this unit is implemented processed as per the assigned budget.
  • Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate’s performance.
  • Directs the conceptualization, development, and enhancement of new and existing products, including the development of business cases for presentation to Management, to ensure the Company’s product lines remain competitive.
  • Ensures that all assigned products meet any operational, legal, and audit requirements so that external compliance is assured and risk to the Company is minimized.
  • Defines and ensures adherence to marketing, advertising and communication standards and guidelines so that the integrity of the Sale  brand is maintained.

  • Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Cooperates with all supportive functions ( RA , R&D , Operations ….. ) to ensure that demand plans are in place 
  • Plans for the new launches and coordinates with all related functions internally and externally to make sure that the launches will be within the preset time lines 

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or other medical background.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • (10-15) Years of related  Sales & Marketing  experience (At least Three years’ experience as a Marketing Manager)
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
  • Excellent Communication, Creative & Strategic planning skills.
  • Strong motivation, leadership and team management skills
