Job Description

  • Coordinates with sales regarding order status, shipping dates, product availability, and backorders.
  • Obtain appropriate approvals for non-standard requests
  • Provide support to remote sales offices and personnel
  • Effectively and appropriately interact and communicate with all departments within the company
  • Partners with the Finance Team to resolve “credit hold: orders
  • Obtains additional information as necessary from a variety of sources
  • Maintaining an excellent connection with the revenue supervisors and administrators and staying accountable to them.
  • Develop and implement order fulfillment procedures to successfully meet all customer order goals.
  • Establish a reasonable and appropriate lead-time for ordering and delivery of goods, ensuring this lead-time is followed up and achieved.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years’ in any equivalent work experience
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft office.
  • Fluent language skills in English (Writing & Speaking)
  • Very strong communication skills & problem-solving
  • Ability to motivate others and work in a team.
  • Ready to work under pressure.
