Job Description
- Coordinates with sales regarding order status, shipping dates, product availability, and backorders.
- Obtain appropriate approvals for non-standard requests
- Provide support to remote sales offices and personnel
- Effectively and appropriately interact and communicate with all departments within the company
- Partners with the Finance Team to resolve “credit hold: orders
- Obtains additional information as necessary from a variety of sources
- Maintaining an excellent connection with the revenue supervisors and administrators and staying accountable to them.
- Develop and implement order fulfillment procedures to successfully meet all customer order goals.
- Establish a reasonable and appropriate lead-time for ordering and delivery of goods, ensuring this lead-time is followed up and achieved.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years’ in any equivalent work experience
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft office.
- Fluent language skills in English (Writing & Speaking)
- Very strong communication skills & problem-solving
- Ability to motivate others and work in a team.
- Ready to work under pressure.
