Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounting records & journal entries.
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions & resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain & Monitor GL accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment & invoicing.
- Review Inventory & Fixed asset records.
- Prepare Company Reports on weekly basis.
- Coordinate and communicate with external & internal auditors.
- Provide Tax consultant with required data to facilitate & prepare Tax Return.
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data.

- Excellent knowledge with Microsoft office.
- Very good knowledge with Microsoft dynamics NAV is a must.
