Job Description
- Handle enquirers and bookings from clients.
- Receiving the clients' requests via marketing departments " social media" or Emails.
- Dealing instantly with the requests.
- Work on the client convince attractively.
- Daily update of CRM sheet.
- Communicate professionally with existing customers to provide them the new offers.
- Follow the market changes and report with updates.
- Promote and sell holiday and/or business travel products to customers.
- Advice clients about different information related to travel services.
- Liaise with other travel agencies and other key partners such as hotels regarding bookings.
- Follow up with Finance department to ensure that proper invoicing is done.
- Sending out vouchers and pre-departure info for all confirmed bookings.
- Promote and sell holiday and/or business travel products to customers.
- Advise clients about different information related to travel services.
- Follow International & National Events and Holidays to create new packages or ideas and contact the marketing department to publish
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Dealing directly with marketing department and promote special package.

- Education: BA/BS degree in tourism or equivalent
- Experience: 2 - 5 years in the field of tourism
