Job Description
Our client is a Top Real Estate Developer in Egypt and they're looking for a Business Analyst with the following role:
- Real Estate Market and Competitor analysis.
- Developing Financial Models for new & existing projects.
- Preparing development briefs for new potential projects.
- Preparing Feasibility Studies & Financial Analysis for New Projects.
- Preparing Investment proposals & Teasers.
- Analysis and coordination input from different functions and consultants (marketing, planning, design, sales, legal, financial, etc) throughout the development process.
- Coordinating between departments for Land Acquisition & New Project Launching.
- Provide analysis and feasibility studies on developing options for sales strategy, including pricing, speed of sales and payment terms.
- Monitoring project sales percentage, execution and control plan over project lifespan.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Development and/or Market Research.
- Excellent English language.
- High Analytical skills.
- Familiar with systems.
- Excellent with numbers.
