Job Description
- Run the Payroll and check the accuracy of the salaries
- Supervise the admin of the department to insert the planned schedules for their employees
- Run the overtime as per the Hospital policy
- Answer all of the employees' requirements related to salaries, deduction, vacation balances, act….
- Responsible to maintain the hospital payroll system and proceed the payroll according to local tax laws.
- Ensures that the time and attendance records are submitted within the established deadlines.
- Updates the HR system with the appropriate work schedule for each employee.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in Commerce
- SAP experience is preferred
- 1 to 3 Yrs of Experience
- Experience in working with big volume data (extraction, analysis)
- Required proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization skills to keep records in place and easy to refer always
