Job Description
- Look whether the engineers and technicians are doing their work efficiently at the factory or not.
- Guide the engineers and technicians to work well.
- Providing strong technical guidance and leadership to a staff of skilled maintenance personnel.
- Ensuring employee technical training, preventive maintenance, repair, facilities maintenance and all machine processes.
- Send the team to carry on the work of maintenance of the factory machines.
- To ensure that all maintenance work is carried out.
