Job Description
- Oversees the day to day operations of properties is all Facility Management terms.
- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
- Manages various activities related to civil and building maintenance, structural modifications to all offices and residential buildings, maintenance areas and multi-stored office buildings.
- Follows up the contraction work and prepares periodic construction reports.
- Inspects the site on daily basis and raise service requests for any issues that service provider requires immediate action.
- Conducts site visits along with service provider to ensure all notable issues are attended and observed.
- Manages and leads the in-house facilities management team to perform the facilities activates requested.
- Manages the maintenance orders for the different assets, structures and systems.
- Communicates with property owners to ensure their maintenance requests are well-finished.
- Performs other duties upon request.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 5-7 Years in the field of Facility Management and Maintenance.
- Working Knowledge of principles and practices of Project Management.
- Experience in Construction, Maintenance, and facets of facility operation.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
