Job Description
- Review and follow up on daily mechanical breakdown reports and make a big breakdown analysis to avoid recurrence again
- Follow up the planned maintenance schedules and lubrication and lubrication tables for all machines and equipment at the factory
- Effective leadership with all mechanics technicians through good leadership and good communication with all team members
- Carrying out the necessary technical training to raise the skill of mechanical technicians to enable them to treat faults in a short time and raise their technical competence
- Encouraging new ideas and their issuance from mechanical technicians and supporting the initiative and self-sharpening.
Job Requirements
- Working experience 4:6 years ( food industries is preferred)
- Computer skills & Autocad if possible.
- High leadership
