Job Description
- Responsible for achieving the sales targets by presenting the company products and services to current and potential customers, and ensuring the highest rate of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively approaches existing and potential clients, and stays up-to-date of all announced tenders & new projects related to ICON’s industry.
- Prepares and delivers presentations to customers to promote the company product offerings using the relevant material developed by the marketing team.
- Processes clients’ technical requirements through submitting their requests to the Sales support, then follows up to finalize the financial proposal to be submitted to the client as per required specifications.
- Finalizes contractual agreements with clients, confirms the quotation with the client and hands-over to the sales support to take over.
- Ensures that all requested information & documents for tenders and proposals are submitted correctly in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stays abreast of the latest market trends, competition and varying customer needs in order to help the Business Unit Head in identifying the new investment and expansion opportunities.
- Develops and continuously updates a comprehensive customer database, and maintains close relationships with customers to build sustainable work relationship with clients.
- Prepares regular sales reports to present progress vs. plans, and share market information with own team to support decision making by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering, Architectural, or Applied Arts 'Must'
- Sales experience 4-7 years 'Must'
- Sales experience in Steel, Building Materials, Construction, or any relevant field 'Highly Preferred'
- Male Only.
- Cairo or Giza resident.
- V.Good Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills.
