Job Description

Purpose :

Establish AMC’s manuals, processes, process indicators, work instructions for all the departments and ensure their proper implementation by conducting audit, review and training to AMC’s employees to ensure the alignment with the international standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish and Modify AMC’s Quality Manuals, Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions by analyzing the organization charts of all the departments and AMC’s vision, mission and strategic plans to ensure that the set Manuals, Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions would achieve the strategic plans.
  • Assure that AMC processes meet international (ISO 9001, 2008) and national standards, laws and regulations as well as best practice guidelines.
  • Set up and maintain controls that guarantee minimum variations and deficiencies during operation by conducting periodical audit on AMC’s departments to ensure the alignment with the set international standards and to identify the areas for development.
  • Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Process Indicators that facilitates and guarantees proper Quality Control of business processes to meet the customer needs.
  • Review periodically the established Quality Manuals, Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, together with all related SLAs and Indicators by reviewing them against the current work flow of the departments to guarantee that they are updated according to business need to change.
  • Establish the documentation control system by maintaining files, documents and records pertaining to Quality Audits, processes, manuals, policies….etc.
  • Conduct trainings to all AMC employees by explaining the international standard, SLAs, processes…etc. to ensure the proper implementation of the set quality standards.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned (by Manager) within the realm of his/her position, qualifications and capabilities

Job Requirements

Education :

  • BSc of Medicine,Pharmacy or any related scientific field, or equivalents
  • Total Quality Management Diploma
  • Management Certificate is preferred

Experience :

  • 2 - 5 Years of Experience
  • Knowledge of Quality System requirements
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements with some knowledge of HIPAA requirements

  • MS Office Suite
