Job Overview:
The Senior Sales Representative Plans and implements sales plans both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets. S/he is responsible for establishing and directing the sales activities of the organization including advertising and public relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Development director (BD) in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the organization
- Monitor competitors' sales and marketing activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencer and key strategic partners
- Responsible for selling the assigned targets from Utopia group via calls, events, meetings, follow ups...etc
- Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
- Establish and maintains effective relationships with parents (current & previous clients)
- Handle complains and solve problems
- Attend all HR courses & workshops with his/her team
- Perform any other duty as may be assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- University Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
- Relevant Professional Experience in sales for minimum 2 years is preferable
- Fluency in English and Arabic; both written and spoken
- Proof of previous sales success
- Strong network of connections is an asset
