Namasoft is hiring "ERP Sales Specialist" with the following responsibilities:

Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
Collect feedback from the clients to identify the desired amendments and new features.
Analyzing and evaluating target list to identify the most qualified ones.
Leading negotiations with interested and qualified companies
Use clients and prospect clients contact activities tools and systems and update relevant information held in these systems.
Follow set quality and sales procedures
Report personally in a defined format to ERP Sales Manager in defined periods of time.
Follow up on cash collection related to the signed deals.
Making cold calls.

Education and experience:

BSc. with specialization in Business or Computers / IT preferred; a marketing background is highly desirable
1 - 2 years’ experience in promoting ERP software and business preferably in Egypt
Bilingual language skills (verbal, written English and Arabic) will be an advantage.
Valid driving license

Skills, knowledge, and competencies:

Good knowledge of Egyptian markets and a strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements
Knowledge of ERP software ESSENTIAL
Solid technical background, sound IT terminology.
Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities
Demonstrated results in meeting Sales quotas/Business Development goals
