Lead project from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.
Identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building s usage, environmental impact, and construct-ability.
Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
Consult with client to determine functional and requirements of structure.
Design new buildings, restoring and conserving old buildings and developing new ways of using existing buildings.
Ensure that all works are carried out to applicable standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget.
Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
Provides mentoring and transfer of knowledge, skills and experience to junior architect.
Follows company rules and regulations, safety procedures, and Labor laws.
Follows his immediate supervisor's or a higher levels instruction.
Provides advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design and space planning solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Architect.
Min 6 years’ experience in same field.
Excellent English communication skills including report writing and presentation skills. Experienced in the use of computers, MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto-CAD and 3D Max.
Proven analytical skills for problem solving and providing solutions.
