Job Description
- The ERP Implementer will work in a Technical role with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems’ users and management at all levels throughout the organization.
- Work with ERP systems’ users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup
- Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in client environment
- Help to create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users
- Understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes
Job Requirements
The Right Candidate Should:
- Be thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of ERP systems software
- Be able to develop, test, deploy and maintain solutions to enhance the ERP system
- Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by ERP system’s users
- Develop and maintain reports used by ERP system’s users
- Demonstrates cultural competence and behaviors consistent with the core values, vision, and mission
- Have at least 3 years hands-on experience working on ERP systems
- Have good command of English
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
