Job Description
Job purpose
- We are currently searching for a social media specialist and content writer, who will contribute to our marketing activities in a variety of ways. Your main task is being responsible for our online presence: company’s website, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, and relevant online channels.
Duties and responsibilities
- Generate, edit, publish and share creative content that builds relevant audience, meaningful connections, stimulates traffic, and creates service and brand awareness.
- Maintain Spirula's website content; news, blogs, etc.
- Work with Business development team on content planning for all social media and any online channels.
- Work with HR team on content planning for hiring purpose.

Working conditions

This position requires physical presence in Spirula’s office in Alexandria, Egypt. This is not a remote job.

This is a part-time job, 6 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years experience in relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of the main social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and Google+).
- Excellent command of written English.
- Excellent written communication skills ( English & Arabic).
- Ability to communicate with different audiences in both formal and informal way.
- Familiarity with office software - word processing and spreadsheets.
The following is a plus
- IT background - not necessarily an academic one.
- Usage of image processing software ( e.g photoshop, illustrator, gimp, … .)
