Job Description
- Support recruitment process ( screening , Interviewing and selecting )
- Follow up new hires orientation and no boarding process
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
- Supervise technical training for staff.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires .
- Working with training providers to develop suitable content for the courses
- Create testing and evaluation processes.
- Prepare and implement training budget.
- Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Handle other Personnel tasks.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English speaking and writing.
- Real Estate experience is a MUST.
- 2-3 Years of experience in the same field.
