Job Description

  • Support recruitment process ( screening , Interviewing and selecting )
  • Follow up new hires orientation and no boarding process
  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
  • Supervise technical training for staff.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires .
  • Working with training providers to develop suitable content for the courses
  • Create testing and evaluation processes.
  • Prepare and implement training budget.
  • Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Handle other Personnel tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English speaking and writing.
  • Real Estate experience is a MUST.
  • 2-3 Years of experience in the same field.
