Job Description
Job Purpose
- The job holder is responsible for maintaining, enhancing and supporting Millensys CRM application in its different areas.
General Duties:
- Coordinate between Sales, Projects & Support departments.
- Manage Loyalty Program and report it to CEO and Marketing department.
- Prepare the KLAS list and closely follow up till it is sent to KLAS organization.
- Report CRM technical problems to the development team and follow up on them.
- Assist in the development of CRM to make it more users friendly.
- Assist CEO on daily requests
- Train new users on how to use the system
Sales Support Duties
- Monitor “Sales Email” and respond to customer inquiries.
- Create Contacts, Accounts and Leads on CRM.
- Review and attach “Sales Contracts” and “Purchasing Orders” on CRM.
- Send the requested documents to the finance and logistics departments when needed
Service Support Duties
- Handle hotline calls & monitor “Support Email” to take the proper action.
- Register incoming calls on CRM via opening service tickets.
- Follow up till ticket is closed.
- Review and attach “Job Sheets” on CRM.
- Provide missing info then enter “New Service Contracts” on CRM.
