Job Description
- Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
- Provide quarterly updates and revisions to the plan.
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
- Maintain and increase sales of the relevant business units products
- Establish, maintain and expand our customer base
- Increase business opportunities through seeking various channels in the market
- Set the sales targets for individual Sales Associates and your team as a whole in order to achieve the annual business plan
- Provide market feedback to direct manager regarding the competitive entities, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Supervise the Sales Team:
- Complete Sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Continuously motivate the sales team and inspire them to stay focused on the company’s goals.
- Participate in Sales Associates hiring, training, coaching the sales team with a focus on sales skills development and product knowledge enhancement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from medical university preferable (Science, vet, pharmaceutical, etc.)
- 10+ years of experience in the sales field, 5 of which at a management level.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
- Report preparations, and data analysis, problem solving.
- Proven managerial & leadership skills

- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Good command of English language
- Computer user (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
