Job Description

  • Supervising all Sr. Instructors and Instructors.
  • Developing all the already-hired instructors.
  • Instructors' supervision. (monitoring, mentoring, consultation and evaluation)
  • Making workshops for all the Senior Instructors in order to develop their performance.
  • Managing all the Sr. Instructors and Instructors problems, salary issues, all kind of leaves and any other issue related to the work.
  • Handling all hiring and terminating updates and inform the HR with it.
  • Responsible for the demos of the new Instructors and attending the final assessment to pick up the best caliber.
  • Follow up on the missing and new numbers of attending students in all the classes with the Sr. Instructor.
  • Responsible for the curriculum development.
  • Follow up with the instructors their adherence to the house rules.
  • Observe classes on a regular base to ensure the use of a variety of instructional strategies.
  • Taking disciplinary actions with instructors who do not follow the rules by deductions, written and verbal warning.
  • To ensure the delivery of exceptional operational and technical standards throughout branches with Sr. Instructors.
  • To identify under performing instructors and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.
  • To recruit and ensure the full implementation of induction programs for new instructors and monitor ongoing performance needs.
  • Directing and following up the whole Instructor Cycle.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Educational field.
  • CELTA/TEFL/TOT certificate is a must.
  • At lest 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Min age: 30
  • Max age: 50
  • Strong experience in training and development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participates in new projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a very positive work attitude.
  • Have the will to work some longer hours during peak periods.
