Job Description
- Set the work schedule and allocate roles to team members.
- Follow up with all staff for their requests (Vacations, Overtime, Excuse, ….) in collaboration with HR department.
- Participate in conducting performance evaluations for the work team.
- Review the performance of the team members and their needs periodically, and identify their problems and help them solve it.
- Preparing a report on the section's needs in terms of tools and supplies
- Providing all the needs of the place quickly and easily.
- Supervising the cleanliness of the branch, taking into account the appropriate time for that.
- Provide employees' requests as soon as possible in order to provide them with comfort.
- Helping all departments to solve any problem that hinders the completion of work.
- Paying attention to the maintenance of the place and working on the quality of workflow.
- Supervising the company’s foreign workers ’salary transfers.
- Work on solving the personal problems of the administrative affairs team.
- Participate in preparing and preparing company events (exhibitions, parties, conferences)
Job Requirements
