Job Description

Job Summary / Purpose:

  • Create, nurture and grow some of Andalusia hospitals brands in order to help Andalusia achieve its immediate business goals, as well as ensure we embrace a brave new digital future.
  • Branding and communications manager is responsible for the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns for Andalusia brands, as well as being a key influencer in how we push Marketing at Andalusia.
  • Lead a passionate and hard-working team of Marketers in Andalusia to create campaigns that generate reach, create brand love and make us proud to work for Andalusia

  • Group Volume target Achievement %
  • % of Executed Marketing campaign according to plan
  • % percentage of Qualified leads generated from campaign from target
  • % of C.R (conversion rate) from the Qualified Leads

Accountabilities (including forms and reports used at each accountability):

  • You will work on Planning to develop mid-term and long-term Marketing strategies for our brands that maximize the opportunity to grow reach, share and revenue
  • You’ll manage Andalusia Marketing production budget, so you’ll need to priorities investment, time and people across activities, media channels and central vs local activities to deliver maximum return to the business.
  • Working with your Community Marketing Managers and Cheerful, you’ll create and execute 360 campaigns that excite, engage and compel our target audiences, and show measurable return in the form of brand health, audience numbers and digital engagement.
  • You are the go-to person for all day-to-day Marketing activities.
  • You’ll enhance digital, TV and commercial functions to make sure our brands are consistently delivered and activated across all channels.
  • As well as Egypt/KSA centrally-developed campaigns, you and your team will work hand-in-hand with sales director (your peer) to create toolkits to help them execute these activities in the local areas.
  • You’ll partner with planning and follow up/business improvement manager to engage our Insights, Research and CRM teams to make sure that our plans and work are informed by robust thinking, data analysis and the audience (listener, online user) is at the heart of everything we do.
  • You’ll lead a perfectly-formed team of community marketing Managers and digital marketing managers who know their brands intimately, have a genuine desire to do the best work of their careers and love working for Andalusia.
  • You’ll focus on their development, managing their performance and succession planning so that Branding and communications Marketing manager is a brilliant place to work and feels completely Andalusia.

Job Requirements

Experience, Education and Training:

Essential:

  • Degree-level educated
  • A minimum of 7-8 years experience in brand Marketing roles, either on consumer or media brands.
  • Professional experience in media and entertainment is not a pre-requisite, but at least a solid interest in these areas
  • Translating data, audience insight and research into actionable marketing strategies
  • Executing successful, measurable marketing campaigns using all facets of the Marketing mix
  • Extensive and varied stakeholder management, across multiple business functions and with senior management
  • People leadership and talent management and getting the best out of creative and media agency partners
  • Selling-in ideas and projects to internal stakeholders, trying new things, taking risks and failing fast
  • You’ll have a back-catalogue of great work, having conceived and executed campaigns that have challenged your business and delivered results

Preferable

  • Additional International certification is preferred.
  • Hospital management Diploma and/or MBA is a plus.
