Job Summery:
Our established and growing Arabic digital library has an EXCELLENT opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Specialist in the Mokattam area.
Responsibilities will include:
- Specialist will resolve all incoming client support issues
- Specialist will field all in-coming support-related emails and phone calls
- Specialist will work closely with content and platform staff to develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
- Specialist will be required to create trial accounts for potential clients.
- Specialist will keep a log of all client complaints/issues and categorize them by issue - client - action taken - problem resolution time.
- Keep Business Development Manager and Product Manager up to date on all problems and resolutions - including any on-going client complaints.
Candidate MUST posses strong English skills - the interview will be conducted in English ONLY.
Job Requirements
- English and Arabic (Arabic fluent - English proficient)
- Previous Customer Support Experience
- Experience working with a digital library or eBusiness a plus but not necessary
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Outstanding professionalism
- Dedicated, hardworking, and loyal team-player
- Microsoft Office capable
- Candidate must possess strong English speaking (and written) skills, be a native Arabic speaker and have a positive and honest attitude.
