- Lead the creative team of copywriters, designers and digital marketers, market researchers to establish an engaging “Restaurant Industry Services” Blog - Help Restaurants’ Owners/Managers to effectively build or improve their restaurant businesses through original and creative articles
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral (Website Content, Blogs, Social Media Content, Graphic Designs, Photography, Videography, etc..)
- Ensure visual and textual communication are aligned with brand standards, Be The Brand Custodian
- Oversee teams’ deliverables, time-lines and KPIs
- Initiate ongoing campaign strategies and solutions
- Keep an unbounded innovation mindset
- Review work, proofread, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative team
- Remain actively involved in hiring and team growth and training creative staff
- Manage and Motivate the career development of creative team - delegate, nurture and empower
- Consolidate outsourced talents database to deploy when needed
Job Requirements
- Digital Marketing Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or Marketing,
- 3-6 Years Experience in Digital Marketing,
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Self-Motivated and Strong Leadership Skills,
- Team-Oriented and Goal-Oriented,
- Strong Attention to Detail, SEO, PPC, Google AdWords,
- Content Management Systems,
- Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Keep up to date with current digital trends
