Job Description

  • Handling the employee's files
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Handle all employees legal issues and dealing with social insurances and labor office
  • Dealing with SAP application to insert the employee's data and daily payroll effects
  • Preparing the daily and weekly reports through Excel sheets
  • Coordinate the employment interviews

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree is a must - prefer to be in business
  • Experience 1-2 years at least in recruitment, personnel, and compensation
  • Good user for Excel & PowerPoint and prefer to use SAP application before
