Reservations Consultant - German/ Spanish / Russian

We are looking for passionate travel industry professionals who are not afraid to think outside the box, have a keen sense of providing excellent customer experience and have immense love for the industry.

We currently have a job vacancy for a Reservations Consultant with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses).

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all customers request and reservations are answered and reconfirmed in a timely manner
• Maintain all reservations for all services accurately in our reservation system
• Reconfirm bookings with all suppliers internally and externally
• Manage bookings through online reservations system of selective partners
• Communicating with other departments internally for excursions, visas, ground handling, sales and accounts inquiries
• Review the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
• Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
