Job Description
- Set monthly and annual plans to achieve coverage, distribution, visibility and sales targets.
- Set plans to manage distributors.
- Follow up on distributors, competitors, balances, inventory, expiry dates and promotions.
- Supervise and follow up on the sales incentive plans.
- Evaluate distributor performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Recommend monthly promotions for clients.
- Follow up on reports and conduct data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Preferably a university degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience as a wholesales supervisor or a distributor supervisor in the cosmetics/personal care field
- Knowledge of distributors and wholesalers of paper, hygiene, sanitation, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Communication & Negotiation Skills
- People Management and Problem Solving Skills
