Job Description
- Check the NPI for new models with HTC, Lenovo,Motorola, Sony & Wiko
- Prepare for new models training for HTC, Lenovo,Motorola, Sony & Wiko
- Escalate the common issues to HTC, Lenovo,Motorola, Sony & Wiko
- Training for new Staff (Engineers & Technical Support)
- Training & Support for Sup ASP (Mauritius, Libya, Lebanon, Jordan & Tunis)
- NTRA Complaints
- Check daily on RMAIII for new SDO
- Support with Engineers team, technical support team & customer care team daily
- Investigation & repeat return cases
- Check new models before release in the market
- Manage all daily process with assistants to decrease No. of exceeded cases on the system
- Tracking the rejected cases from HTC which related to “Test log missing”
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical field of smart phones maintenance is a must.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent command of Microsoft office 2010 or later versions.
- Communication skills, ability to illustrate technical information in an easy and comprehensive way is a must.
- Team leader.
