Job Description
- Managing cross-country product orders.
- Monitoring the customs, quotations and shipping rates internationally.
- Identifying and developing reliable vendors.
- Negotiating prices and recommending different short/long term price commitments.
- Identifying and recommending actions to face any price by obtaining three competitive bids.
- Supervises the daily activities of the purchasing function.
- Dealing with shipping systems.
- Establishing database format and update regularly.
- Verification of invoices and coordination with the financial department For the payment terms.
- Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team.
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience (minimum 4 years in the international purchasing).
- Fluent in English.
- Preferable logistics companies background.
