Job Description:

  • Studying the corporate legal problems referred to him in accordance with the legal rules and regulations.
  • Review the legal aspects of the contracts and agreements concluded by the company, and make sure that it maintains its rights in the other contracting parties.
  • Following the legal proceedings filed by the company or against it and make sure to take appropriate legal procedures to preserve the rights of the company and achieve its objectives.
  • Examines the administrative referred to him by the departments and sections of the company and investigates them and raises their legal recommendations to the managing director.
  • Review the drafting of contracts and agreements concluded between the company and others to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and decisions in force to ensure the rights of the company before signing from the departments concerned.
  • Continues all necessary legal procedures to register the company's trademarks and continuously monitors new laws and decisions in order to draw conclusions regarding the company's activities in all fields and notify its departments.
  • Supervises technically the legal affairs of branches in relation to contracts advisory opinions and investigations.
  • Take legal action relating to the collection of the company's receivables with third parties.
  • Implementing an effective system to safeguard, index and document contracts and agreements to ensure their maintenance and ease of retrieval by the company's senior management.
  • Representing the company in cases and legal disputes in the courts and official bodies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree / Master in Law with at least 8 of relevant corporate work experience .
  • Business experience is an added advantage.
  • Displays excellent supervisory and leadership skills
  • English language - very good
  • Admin skills
