Job Description
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials.
- Manage the day to day operations of the office.
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Operate and manage office equipment and supplies.
- Responsible for all events to the company and commercial sector such as (accommodation and translation for participants).
- Responsible for booking airline tickets and booking hotels for all employees of the company.
- Communicate with the tourism companies and hotels to bring best offers and present it to the Chief Executive office manager to select the best offer.
Job Requirements
- Females Only.
- Knowledge of business and administrative principles and procedures.
- Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.
- Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents.
- Administrative writing and reporting skills, Microsoft office skills, typing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in spelling punctuation, grammar, and other English language skills.
- Key competencies (verbal and writing communication skills, planning, organizing, time management, interpersonal skills, stress tolerance, confidentiality.
