Job Description

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the office.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Operate and manage office equipment and supplies.
  • Responsible for all events to the company and commercial sector such as (accommodation and translation for participants).
  • Responsible for booking airline tickets and booking hotels for all employees of the company.
  • Communicate with the tourism companies and hotels to bring best offers and present it to the Chief Executive office manager to select the best offer.

Job Requirements

  • Females Only.
  • Knowledge of business and administrative principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.
  • Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents.
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills, Microsoft office skills, typing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in spelling punctuation, grammar, and other English language skills.
  • Key competencies (verbal and writing communication skills, planning, organizing, time management, interpersonal skills, stress tolerance, confidentiality.
