Job Description
- Manages team of designers and drafters using CAD products
- Ensures that projects are completed on time and adhere to the design standards
- Extensive Experience in project time planning, bidding, preparing proposals and schedules with time management & cost efficiency
- Determine Client’s needs and develop design concepts in consultation with the Client
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Applied Arts ( Décor \ Interior) with High Management Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, flexible working hours, Multi-task and meet deadlines
- Maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding client service standards
- Should be a self starter, self learner and independent
- High management, administrative & organizational skills
- Eye of Design with research & development eagerness
- Coordinates execution of approved designs onsite with Projects Managers and Contractors
- Enormous luxurious experience in Finishing Materials \ techniques and Furniture Selections
- Exposure to high end projects with various details
- Extensively creative, innovative & artistic
