Job Description
- Discussing Client’s requirements in details and setting project schedule.
- Determine Client’s needs and developing design
- Follow Client preferences with regards to textures, colors, style, decoration…ETC and producing ‘sample’ or ‘mood’ board
- Must be creative, excellent organizational presentation and communication skills, knowledge of products, materials and architecture history.
- Create schematic design & detailed working drawings
- Strong organizational and time Management skills particularly in handling various projects and deadlines.
- Must have eye for design, zoning & colors.
- Researching mood imagery and materials where appropriate.
- Ability to work well within a fast paced, dynamic and teamwork
- Meet with contractors / Site Engineers to explain / present design details.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Applied Arts ( Décor \ Interior)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, flexible working hours, Multi-task and meet deadlines
- Maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding client service standards
- Should be a self starter, self learner and independent
- High administrative & organizational skills
