Job Description
In-office Duties :
- Provide general and specific advice about different travel destinations
- Draw up travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met
- Make arrangements for transport, accommodation, tours, and activities
- Contact airlines, hotels, and ground transport companies such as coach operators to make suitable arrangements
- Advise the customer about travel issues including required documentation and financial matters.
- Use the computer database to research information about hotel accommodation fares and hotel ratings
- Deal with payments.
- Perform general administration tasks
- Deal with and documenting complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner
- Make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues
- Evaluate customers’ holidays and issuing appropriate feedback forms
- Make presentations to travel groups
Outdoor Duties:
- Act as day-to-day manager of the group.
- Responsible for all elements of the trip including but not limited to; hotel check-in & out, implementing itinerary schedule, planning, paperwork, camp set up, equipment management, food preparation, and overall leadership.
- Maintain the established travel itinerary as closely as possible, making changes only when necessary and stick to posted job schedule.
- Maintain daily expenditure accounts, retain receipts and keep expenses within the trip budget provided.
- Responsible for participants overall physical and emotional safety, health, and experience during trips and programs and dealing directly with traveler's issues and concerns, ensuring that customer satisfaction is effectively achieved.
- Provide groups with suitable and useful information regarding their free time; shopping, restaurants, and transportation….etc.
- Recognize and respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.
- Provide proper emergency care (First Aid/CPR/AED) when necessary (First Aid Course will be provided).
- Keep the Trip notes updated in the standardized format.
Job Requirements

- Tourism or related studies graduates or 1-2 Years of experience in the Tourism field.
- Fluent command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft package.
- Self motivated, demonstrate a positive and professional image with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to effectively interact with school age children and adults.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Willing to work a varied seasonal schedule, including early mornings and long days.
- The ability to cope under pressure
- Competent organizational skills

- Photography skills is a plus
