Job Description

  • Own and drive quarterly and annual business development opportunities to achieve / exceed quarterly / annual targets via new opportunities and accounts
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
  • Manage and Coordinate all public relations activities through external PR agencies or internal resources.
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within the music industry and media
  • Identify key decision makers, develop strategic relationships, collaborate and quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to priorities and penetrate key accounts to drive new business.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
  • Supervise and coordinate company press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
  • Partner closely with Marketing team to contribute to compelling content, case studies and talents models to inspire new clients/talents to join
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication or Business Administration or related field
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in the same field(PR manger).
  • Must have experience in working with senior leadership and developing messaging to communicate to internal and external audience in Media.
  • Knowledge and experience of same field.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, project management skills and proven ability to work with all levels of management, marketing staff, and external partners is essential.
  • Energetic, solution oriented, creative thinker with a proven ability to motivate others, including team members who are not direct reports.
  • Self-starter who works well independently and in a team setting.
  • Continual education and monitoring of trends and developments in marketing.
