Outdoor Sales Representative

We looking for a Sales representative to Join our Sales Team.
As a Sales representative you will be charged with the task of working with customers to understand their needs, guide them towards the most appropriate product and, finally, agree the sale and handle the follow ups.

عن الوظيفة:-

مطلوب مندوبى مبيعات للإنضمام إلى فريق مبيعات الشركة , ومهمتهم الأساسية هى التعامل مع العملاء وفهم إحتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم وتوجيههم نحو المنتجات الأنسب ومن ثم إتمام العملية البيعية والمتابعة لها.

Job Roles:

• Commit to achieve and exceed targets.
• Work as part of a busy sales team (Team player).
• Meet customers face to face and holding sales discussions with them.
• Plan and organize your own daily selling activity to secure new business
• Prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple assignments.
• Follow up the existing customer.
• Establishing new business.
• Checking the quantities of goods in stock
• Writing daily visit report with objectives and results.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

الدور الوظيفى:-

• الإلتزام بتحقيق الاهداف المطلوبة.
• العمل داخل فريق عمل والتعاون مع الزملاء.
• الإعداد المنظم والمسبق للمقابلات مع العملاء وتنفيذها فى المواعيد المتفق عليها معهم.
• عمل جدول متابعة للعملاء الحاليين إلى جانب الإعداد والتنظيم لمقابلة عملاء جدد.
• الإلمام المستمر بكميات وأحجام المنتجات المتوفرة بمخازن الشركة.
• السعى الدائم نحو معرفة كل ماهو جديد فى المجال والتعرف على المنتجات الجديدة ودراستها جيداً للتمكن من عرضها على العملاء بشكل جيد يضمن نجاح العملية البيعية.
• كتابة تقارير دورية عن المكالمات الهاتفية وزيارات المتابعة الدورية ومقابلات العملاء مع توضيح كل ماتم انجازه من نتائج.
• تقديم خطة عمل بنهاية كل اسبوع موضح بها خطة العمل فى الإسبوع المقبل.
