Job Description

  • Develop, seek approval and implement the digital & social media and creative services strategies for Digital Media in line with the product strategies to facilitate the achievement of the annual business plan.

  • Liaise with the Program Managers to develop and implement innovative interactive digital media and marketing efforts for each project initiative, to support the achievement of program objectives and the EF’s corporate strategies.

  • Initiate commissioning of market research for digital media and facilitate analysis on current market conditions in order to develop and implement suitable marketing plans to optimize on market opportunities and achieve optimum reach.

  • Ensure effective management of the digital environment; drive the development and continuous improvement of all assigned websites and social spaces in line with the defined brand guidelines to support achievement of optimum market reach and return of investment.

  • In liaison with program, managers propose and develop marketing plans and budgets for each project initiative in order to achieve or exceed the program objectives.

  • Lead the development of mobile products for social media and recommend new technology integration in order to optimize online positioning via search and social media efforts.

  • Provide direction and guidance for database segmentation and development to facilitate effective maintenance of market intelligence.

  • Develop networks to stay abreast of emerging online trends, functionality enhancements, new media opportunities and inter-community integration to support sustainable growth.

  • Conceptualize and execute social media marketing and content syndication plans to increase awareness and traffic to the web pages.

  • Create online communities for all appropriate social spaces and collaborate with program managers to ensure proper content and voice of the sites in line with the EF brand guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Multimedia, Marketing or any relevant field.
  • 5-7 years' experience in multimedia/ online promotional environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience in online marketing areas: email marketing, banner , search engine marketing, search engine optimization, location-based services, social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), website marketing, mobile marketing and e-commerce business development.
