Job Description

Job functions

  • Develop and plan sales and marketing policies in cooperation with senior management.
  • Setting goals and objectives of selling and developing strategies that achieve these goals.
  • Establishment of a database on markets, competitors, geographical areas and their distribution.
  • Develop promotional plans, advertising and sales campaigns in coordination with senior management.
  • Conduct marketing research and study the market share of the company and the competitors. To increase market share by increasing sales volume.
  • Search for and connect with new customers and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • Participate in negotiations with agents and distributors. Participate in the selection, training, and identification of salesmen.
  • Identify the sales areas to benefit from the largest number of customers. Monitor and evaluate the performance of salesmen and improve their skills.
  • Follow-up after sales service and continuous communication with customers and respond to complaints. Monitor the competitors' situation and strategies.
  • Provide detailed periodic reports on the achievements, marketing problems, and failures of senior management.

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years experience in sales and marketing of major products of home appliances and air conditioning
