The role of the Office Manager and Secretary consists of the following:
- Daily management of office activities
- HR role (managing employees issues and requests, preparing interviews etc...) Scheduling of meetings
- Dealing with clients Handling deadlines
- Reading and briefing.
- Management of the firm's finances (salaries, office expenses etc...)
