Job Description
- Sell products (software/applications) to customers.
- Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
- Collect feedback from the clients to identify the desired amendments and new features.
- Suggest, design and implement priority changes in order to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction with the managed solution.
- Analyzing and evaluating target list to identify the most qualified ones.
- Leading negotiations with interested and qualified companies and signing partnership contracts.
- Report personally in a defined format to ERP Sales Manager in defined periods of time.
- Follow up on cash collection related to the signed deals.
- Making cold calls.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Achieving sales targets
- Forecasting and tracking of sales opportunities
- Understanding industry trends, product capabilities, and customer
- Demonstrated initiative; implementing business plans and executing sales initiatives at a senior level
Job Requirements
- Good negotiator.
- Presentable and good looking.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
- Experience in selling ERP software. "Preferred"
- Knowledge of ERP solutions market.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales.
