Job Description
- Conduct regular recruitment activities online and offline (open days, employment fairs,..) to open recruitment sources for branches
- Follow up on per branch database to ensure high supply of candidates
- Build external pool of branch managerial talent to close vacancies on time; provide regular reports on pool status
- Recruit candidates for vacancies in head office and shared services within allowed hiring time
- Follow up on branch vacancies on weekly basis and provide candidates as needed
- Provide weekly/monthly consolidated vacancy reports
- Conduct seasonal surveys on market salaries and manpower as needed
- Assist in setting annual HR department plan and performance analysis
- Assist in setting job descriptions for all positions
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Retail Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced English skills
