Job Description

As a Development Executive, you will be drawing and executing strategies to successfully penetrate the market and maintain dominance over the years. You will be involved in developing marketing campaigns with existing marketing department to promote our products and services. It is a varied role that includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, distribution, sponsorship, internal organization, quality control and research. The work is often challenging, fast-paced and requires high level of adaptability.

Duties:

  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
  • Ensure that all achievements are maintained by all departments and employees.
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
  • Sourcing advertising opportunities and coordinate placement of adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications or on visual and sonic media –Radio and T.V
  • Organizing photo shoots
  • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Organizing and attending events such as seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • Sourcing and securing partnerships
  • Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring competitor activity

Job Requirements

Candidates will need the following key skills and attributes:

  • Hold a degree of Communication, Business Administration, Management or Design.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Responsible, organized and professional
  • Someone who takes pride in their work
  • Good attention to detail and conscientious in your work
  • Experience of working with and managing sub-contractors, and labor.
  • Experience of conducting market research.
  • Creative and have commercial awareness.
  • Excellent planning and teamwork skills.
