Job Description
- Gathering, evaluating, organizing, managing and collating information in a variety of formats
- Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
- Preparing documentation.
- Providing advice about regulations to manufacturers/scientists
- Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities
- Outlining requirements for labelling, storage and packaging
- Maintaining familiarity with company product ranges
- Coordinate, prepare, or review regulatory submissions for domestic or international project
- Selecting products according to Export Manager Instructions, ensuring that a company’s products comply with various regulations in different countries.
- Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures.
- Answer Queries from health authorities in a consistent manner and within the time limits set by the agency when indicated and in any case according to internal guidelines
