Job Description
- Coordination with the sales manager to plan & Execute new آ B to B targets آ tenders, & gas stations
- Collects market information for various product lines as well as market needs to position the Al-Manar group in a competitive
- Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
- Conducts customer feedback research, collect and analyze data and recommends the nature and scope of present product lines by appraising new product specifications, attributes or packaging changes.
- Works closely with Research and Development to develop new products that will increase market share or product range.
- Issues the Product Specification Request (PSR) to the Research and Development department for product design.
- Works closely with Purchasing Department to evaluate design suppliers to guarantee packaging design quality within reasonable cost.
- Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales and production units.
- Acts as a Project Manager to collaborate efforts needed to introduce existing and new products with Sales, Production and Supply Chain units.
- Works closely with the Sales teams to apply changes in the sales forecast and budget every month and/or every quarter in order to match the changes in sales target achievement.
- Directly report to the Vice President - Operations
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in Business or relative Experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Team work, Negotiation Skills, & Relationship Building Skills.
- Creative, Hard Worker, outgoing and enjoys flexible outdoor job.
- Advanced Computer Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with a sense of ownership, prioritize work, results oriented, and good in dealing with conflicts.
